At 1:42 in the video, it shows Fake Godzilla transforming into Mechagodzilla but it's different from the transformation seen in the actual film. Does anyone by any chance know if this is a deleted scene or what?

Don't let Evan confuse you into thinking there are actually deleted sequences that we don't know about laying around.

So let's not assume that something isn't there that could in fact be in existance. You never know. You have to keep an open mind about these kinds of things.

There's having an open mind and there's being realistic. It's possible to do both.
I think if entire effects sequences (other than the ones we're already aware of) were removed from the older Godzilla movies we'd at least know about them. We know all about alternate story treatments or abandoned concepts for many of these films, and none of that stuff got close to the filming stage. If full effects sequences were shot and discarded (even if they no longer exist) I think by this point it would be something we'd know about.
