My only gripe with the game: the graphics aren't as good as Arkham Asylum. Still, considering the gameplay's ambition, it's almost understandable. Oh yeah, one more gripe: the dialogue. Paul Dini writes great stories, but can't write a decent conversation to save his life and he often sticks to the most cliche phrases possible.

I'm still not too far on the main story (I like to take my time with story modes), I've been messing around in the open world a lot. As a lifelong Batman fanatic, this game is a dream come true.

theres an easter egg, if you go back to the sionis steel mill where joker faked his death, right beside harleys old costume she used in arkham asylum there will be a pregancy test and it will read positive. and harleys sings at the end so there will be a third game.

what was your reaction to jokers death at the end of batman: arkham city?

*SPOILER WARNING #2*

My reaction was kind of sadness and disappointment. I thought the ending was kind of an imperfect perfect that could continue or not. I was sad that pretty much the best character died and that it was by his own hand. Thought I remember something about Mark Hamill tweeting that even after City he'd want to do more Joker so there's always a hope for a third. Maybe Harley could go out of the way to find a Lazarus Pit, steal Joker's body from the morgue, then put him in it. If he were to return in a third.

I thought it was a perfect ending. And Mark Hamill actually tweeted that this will be the last time he plays the Joker, anyway. The easter eggs show that Harley is pregnant and that she wants revenge so I think she will take his place in the third.

I know, but I think even after that he said he wanted to do Joker some more. Harley taking his place in the third would be neat, but something would be missing without him.
Am I the only one, or who else wants to have Mark Hamill return as the Joker?

You know those Riddle icons (like incomplete squares) all over the city? What's the purpose of them? And I don't know what to do now! Do I keep interrogating Riddler's guys or what?

Does anyone get the vibe that their going to have this series go into Batman Beyond? I know it sounds like a long shot but just think about it for a moment.

Pretty much after Joker's death Batman is seen for once as an honest threat. Villians freak out seeing how Batman "Killed"(Use this very loose) Joker and they start to go low in fear Batman will start a killing spree. The People also start to see a change in opinion for Batman, As Batman saves people people start to become scared rather than safe seeing how Batman finally "took a life" (Use this very loose).

Harley is pissed off since her life just died, the only person she loved is dead and shes now left as a single mother. Shes feeling extreme hate towards Batman and plans to get revenge but cant figure out the best way to do so. She see her child as the beginning of her plan and begins plotting on how to Create a new Joker.

20 years passes and the child is grown up, takes the role of it's father, shes trained the child in combat and has taught it what she and the Joker knew before his death. The child does the work and Harley is sitting in the back pulling the strings and now she pretty much runs an empire of thugs while the thugs are being lead by the puppet(The child). Shes comes up with a plan to draw Batman into a trap to try and get her revenge. Sicne shes spoken nothing but hate and lie to her child about Batman it only fuels the child's hate and will to kill Batman. Somehting goes wrong and Batman is unable to continue being Batman so future Gothem is nothign but a hellhole filled with crime and chaos.

Terry comes in as a student learnign from Bruce about business for school when his father is shot down and killed by thugs trying to protect his mother and sister. Bruce knowing how he feels offers him a way to get justice and help to clean up of Gothem. Terry taking up Bruce's offer is introduce to the face of the past Batman. Before Terry even gets a suit Bruce has an old friend help train Terry, Nightwing. Terry questions why Nightwing could just take care of it himself, NW explains that theres just to much shit goign on for him to stop it alone and that ages is also startign to get to him.

Going forward Terry is trained and is given a suit, the suit isnt liek the one in the show it's a pretty much Batman's old suit but redesigned. Bruce explains that the suit is only a temp until he can get the new one(Series) done.

The game pretty much is just a freeroamer but at GTA sized city sandbox, the game's story is mainly taking back Gothem and destorying Harley's army. Old villians from Batman will be there but older and new villians from the series.

Not completely sure what you mean by "incomplete squares"?

In any case I haven't finished them all, so I may just not have gotten to them.

The symbol on the map is a square/rectangle and on the key it just says 'Riddle'. And do I keep interrogating guys until I have all the secrets?

It's a marker that you get when you interrogate some of Riddler's informants. You can use it to lead you to the approximate location of the Riddle. It's quite useful, actually.

And you can interrogate as many guys as you want, but remember that the informant can only give you the secrets of that particular area. So an informant that you interrogate in Park Row isn't going to lead you to the secrets in, say, the Steel Mill or Wonder City.

The Collapsed Streets? I can't help you there, as I still need to reenter that place myself and search for the trophies I might have missed. There aren't that many, and any help you need can also be found in one of the online Riddler Guides. I like this one, personally: http://www.gamesradar.com/batman-arkham ... ler-guide/. That should help you with any Riddler trophies/Riddles that you can't find or solve.

No need to brag but.....
I have 99% done only need one more campaign so if you guys need any help w/ riddles....
Does anyone else want Joker to be back? Maybe not to life, but in like a video will? Just something about a third game will be incomplete to me without Joker. I think I'm going to really miss him a lot.

BTW I skipped the credits so I didn't hear Harley's Lullaby, did it go like this?to tune of Zira's Lullaby
Harley: Sleep my little Bozo, don't let your dreams make you wince. One day when you're big and strong, you'll be a Clown Prince!
I've exilled and committed, to Arkham City-Gothams defense. When I think of what the Bat did, I get a little tense! But I dream a dream so sorely, that I don' feel so depressed, cause it soothes my inner Hahley, an' it helps me get some rest!
The sound of Batman's dying gasp! His Robin squealing in my grasp! His little kitty friends mournful cry! Dat's my lullaby!
Now the past I've tried fughetting and my foe I could forgive.. trouble is-I know it's petty- but I hate to let him live!
Thug: So you found yourself somebody to chase the Bat up a tree!
Harley: Oh, the battle may be bloody, but I just find that funny!
A melody of angry brawls! A counterpoint of painful howls! A symphony of death-Oh my! Dat's my lullaby!
Joka's gone, but Harley's still around! To love this little lad! 'Til he learns to be a killa'! With a smile just like his dad!
Thug: Sleep well you lil' baby, Harley's been ticked eva' since!
Ivy: One day when you're big and strong!
Harley: You'll be a Clown Price!
The laughing of the fans adore! The thrill of Bozo's mighty roar!
Thug: The joy of vengeance!
Ivy: Testify!
Harley: I can hear the cheering!
Thug & Ivy: Bozo whadda guy!
Harley: Payback time is nearing! And then the Bat will die! Against the Gotham sky! THAT"S MY LULLAAAAABYYYYYYYE! HAHAHA!
you are now thinking of Joker singing Be Prepared

Finally finished the story mode (what can I say? The side missions, challenge maps and gliding around beatin up thugs in the open world have been distracting). Great, great stuff - now it's time to beat this and the first game on hard mode and also download Catwoman this time around, and then get to the Riddler challenges etc. Can't wait to get those Batman skins next month, I hope the Year One skin comes with it (I read somewhere that it's exclusive in Europe which I really hope isn't the case).

Since my little problema, I was able to beat Deadshot, Bane, and rescue the second Riddler hostage. Now, this isn't directed at any one in particular, but how do you find that mysterious guy again (Unknown)?

I don't know, I've been running around looking for him myself. I ran into him once after the first time outside of the Solomon-Wayne Courthouse if that helps any.

He's Azrael. If you've only encountered him once, then he'll be on top of the Ferris Wheel in Amusement Mile.

I actully knew he was Azrael. I just didn't want to say anything for fear of sounding like an idiot. But that is a big help.

Thanks Arrow.

So has anyone been down in the sewers? There's that one manhole in Amusement Mile, and I thought I'd see Croc or someone down there, but it was just a dead end that I couldn't get through (even with the RC Batarang). What is with that?
