DOGORA, FRANKENSTEIN VS. BARAGON, SPACE AMOEBA, and ATRAGON are all worth it as well, despite the "issues" of the first two titles. LATITUDE ZERO is another one, but you might want to check that out before making a purchase. It's really bizarre, and not for everyone, but if you're pretty open to tokusatsu, I'd say check it out. It's a pretty fun flick, actually.

I've considered the first three but they aren't really my type though, to be honest I don't like the way the monsters look in those films. :/

If you're judging them on that alone, than maybe it's better you just Netflix them instead.

Probably, but my parents think that netflix has old and lame movies and don't really let me get it lol....>_< But if Ultraman ultra mega galaxy monster battle series comes in it then i'll check it :P

EDIT: I'll get some more movies in Christmas and it'll probably be the ones I didn't get right now lol

The Ultraman film likely won't ever come out here, so you would have to import the blu-ray if you want it in your collection.

Netlfix is great because you don't have to rely on downloading films illegally for ones you simply want to check out. They carry as much new stuff as they do "old", so I don't quite understand your parent's logic..

Not by a great deal, but it's still a reason to pick and sub the R2 instead.

Assuming one even knows how to sub something by themselves, the fact remains that the MB disc is going for $17 on Amazon while getting it from a site like CD Japan is going to cost $58. And that's before shipping.

Yeah, I'll take my chances on finding a fan that has the R2 video synced up with subs. The MB disk is more than satisfactory for a film I don't revisit very often.

The first few films on your list are just the Gamera films from Shout's double features, but much worse quality, and only containing the U.S. versions. You will definitely want to pass on those.

-GAMERA VS. VIRAS is the same movie as DESTROY ALL PLANETS
-WAR OF THE MONSTERS is GAMERA VS. GYOAS
-ATTACK OF THE MONSTERS is GAMERA VS. GUIRON.

Also, GUYVER 2 is horrendous, just a forewarning. REBIRTH OF MOTHRA III isn't available on DVD in the U.S. Lastly, Critereon's GODZILLA release won't be out until January.

Oh well, I guess we might just agree to disagree on Dogora. However, DVDs that really should be avoided are any unauthorized release of Godzilla vs. Megalon or CineVu's Ghidrah DVD.
Every film should have at least one animal attack.

Ultraman Tiga Vol 3 and 4 is going to be hard to come by I'm pretty sure both titles went out of print.

EDIT:

Looks like Vol 3 is the only one that's going to be hard to come by Amazon has Vol 4 for pretty cheap.

Long story short, the only Showa Gamera discs you should bother with are the Shout! releases.
