Marmits... Where can I buy them?

Okay so Kaiju no Mura recently posted some sweet friggin' Marmit figures of G2K and an Anguirus rerelease. Awesome! Only problem is... I don't know where to preorder them. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!!

I had this question a while back, too.

If you do not want to use a proxy. Contact Mike Johnson at Club Tokyo or Chris from Grumble Toys if he hasn't already put it up for pre-order.

I'm not sure how prices look with Mike Johnson or if you were to use a proxy, but Grumble Toys appear to be pretty expensive. Yahoo Japan auctions seem like a good bet, but you'll need to use a proxy service there, too, and I have no experience there, so I can't advise you.

The Anguirus pre-orders from Marmit are closed. As for the new G2K Jan 2012 pre-orders try Grumble Toys, Club Tokyo, or a proxy. Expect to spend around $100-$120 for it regardless who you get it from. Or you can try and wait for it after it is released and to see what the aftermarket prices are to see if someone will offer it cheaper on ebay.

High quality, limited production runs, demand. At least that's what I can tell. Then in the foreign market, you have to take into account the cost of import and such.

Nail hit on the head, ESPECIALLY limited production ones. Marmits are priced pretty fair compared to the pricier Bandais really. Marmits also have multiple variations, so some variants of particular figures will cost more than others.

Yes and no.

There is one booth I always see, can't remember the name, that always is stockpiled with Marmits even Sunday afternoon. But it's the only place I usually see them by that time. Prices are pretty fair, I should add, very nice dealer.
