the four things that made unleashed a bad game were the controls, storyline, glitches, and obsidius and krystalak. the controls for the wii version made me want to stab myself with a spoon. spacegodzilla's the main antagonist again. whoop dee doo. why not a storyline with some sort of armaggedon? and the glitches... dont even get me started. when mothra larva gets knocked down, the whole tail gets screwed up. there are so many more, but that one bothers me the most. and putting obsidius and krystalak in the game was a waste. they could have been original toho characters. those slots on the character select screen could've been battra, hedorah, zilla, or whoever! i just feel that atari and pipeworks made horrible mistakes for the game!

G:U is one of the worst video games of all time, but you've totally missed all the WORST parts of the game.

The original monsters are shitty and should not be there, but for the last time, the inclusion of the original monsters was extra - if they weren't there, we would have been less two. We would NOT have gotten two more Toho monsters. I'm so sick of people whining about 'WAAAH BATTRA'S NOT IN BUT KRYSTALAK IS' Krystalak sucks ass and is a piece of goddamn vomit-inducing filth, but Battra is practically a Mothra clone to BEGIN with. Roster-wise, their inclusion was just +2.

26 minus 2 is 24, not 26.

Maybe so but it will be better then the crappy stories that we got in the past few games. I can see a story mode based off the movies if they do it right.

You know it wouldnt be as boring as you think, plus if done right you'd only battle her on certain missions.

Intro Battle
Second battle
Final Battle

The point is if you base it off the movies you have to at least make some changes to make it more exciting. Recreating movie battles exactly gets boring after a while the same way the G:U storyline gets boring after a while.

Gigan only has three appearances - that's a different story from monsters like Mothra or King Ghidorah, with several similar appearances.

My idea would a story mode would be like in Budokai 3 where you can travel across the map to find missions, and level up your character. For the Showa story mode, you can start off as Godzilla 54 and your goal is to fight against the army, then the next mission would be to fight Anguirus at Osaka with Showa Godzilla. If they can pull it off some how then I can see it working.

^^I'd like a game similar to that, but less difficult. I used to own it....and it was unnecessarily hard. :(

Something similar to that would be nice, but I want a story mode based on the movies where you can walk across the world to find missions, and level up like in Budokai 3.

GOD that would be awesome. I don't just want Gamera though, I want his whole crew: Gyaos, Legion, Irys, Guiron, Zigra, Barugon... there aren't THAT many Gamera monsters, you could probably throw the whole gang in and still have room for 20ish Godzilla monsters. As bad as I want Kong, this seems a lot more plausible, and potentially could be even cooler.

I think Toho owns Zone Fighter and since Godzilla, Gigan, and King Ghidorah guest stared in his show it would be cool to have him guest star as well.

i think over here for my personal godzilla 4 idea is that instead of original monsters you can get a monster creator i know several people are all having that idea already oh and the roster

^ Like roster changes, but I have to point out a monster creator/customizer is impossible due to Toho's copyright stuff would probably disallow mixing/matching parts, not to mention the idea in itself is pretty complex.

Monster creator has no place in a Godzilla fighter.

As much as everybody hates it I say just do another fighter, incorporate LC's idea of upgrading stats and stuff, and maybe add like a free roam section to it.

My ideal roster would be GU's minus the original monsters and add in
-Hedorah
-Kumonga
-Gorosaurus
-Zilla
-Monster X

Also improve MG74, G90s and G54 to make them more unique as well as patch up some monsters like King Caeser ie give him his eye reflection or the idea of having to use his beam.

Ditch the Apcalypse setting or at least give us the option to play in normal cities and also leave the game in the oven for a little longer.

Or better yet if it helps improve the game then put like 16-18 monsters from the get go then do DLC monster and city packs.

Upgrading characters would be awesome. It would be like the Sparking (Budokai Tenkaichi) games where you upgrade your character, and give them higher stats. Or you can add attacks like you can do in the Budokai games as well (You can add Godzilla's Spiral Ray or Nuclear Pulse as Godzilla 90's ultimate attack).

Nothing really big but I think it would be cool if beating the game with a monster unlocks that monsters profile and gives you info about how big they are, what their powers and mass are, what films they were in as well as that version's origins. It would be a great way for fans who are new to the franchise and are playing to catch up on who's who.

Concept art is cool and all but if your going to make me work to get cool stuff then how about something that does more then just look pretty. Als unlocking some short movies would be cool even if they are just joke movies.
