I've been out of the loop for over a year, so since I don't want to read 177 topics of speculation and blah-blah, I figure I'd just start a summary of facts topic.

What do we know about this movie as of right now?

-Legendary Pictures will be making the film.
-Gareth Edwards (Monsters) will be directing the film.
-David S. Goyer (Co-wrote the Nolan-Batman films and the Blade Trilogy) will be writing the film.

That's about it.

I am going to assume this is sarcastic, but if not am i the only one who actually want's another American Godzilla, granted i am not a fan remotely of GINO but i'd really like to see a good American Godzilla even if it doesn't live up to some people's expectations i do love the excitement an advertisement's an teaser's we get, esp since i am not in Japan to see there's.

So i can say i am thrilled Hollywood is getting another shot, As long as it's the real G i'll enjoy it.. Some will be pickier then other's but i can't say i wont be going crazy when the teaser an Official trailer come.

Goyer and that the movie is still in Development, which is skreeonk up because at this rate we won't see this movie until 2014. On the other hand it will be the year of Godzilla's 60th anniversary.
