Every time I see him I think to myself: that's one monster that I whouldn't want to f*ck with.:)

I also think that GMK Goji is a perfect blend of a dinosaur and monster.I'm digging his evil and scary look.It fits him perfectly

LMAO at the kid in the first picture. No, I don't think he looks scary, he just looks creepy.

I think he would be closer to scary if he didn't have his beer-gut

Or his cowboy bowlegged stance. Which is due to his preggersness.

You know, I'm all for suspension of disbelief and what not, but I have to wonder how he's able to lift that massive gut with such small legs.

Creepy? Yes. Scary? No. Now 1954 Godzilla looks scary at some angles with his cold tiny dead beady eyes, just looking down at everyone before blasting them.

That's why white eyes aren't as cool, 1954 sure stares right into your soul :(

I love the GMK Godzilla look. I love how it looks like an old school Retrosaurus Rex (like it could be used on the set of a throwback "Caveman and Dinosaurs" movie) AND like it looks like a Godzilla.

Also has my favorite breath effect. Nice combination of spray/beam and has a good toxic sound.

The white eyes suck though. A really tacky and bland way of conveying evil-ness and now the design is forever associated as "the evil" Godzilla, when it could easily fullfill a standard Godzilla role just fine.

I like it that way too, the head design looks pretty awesome from the side but in front view it tends to look silly.

I'm agreeing too often with you lately.

Even the 1984 has a scary looking face at the right angles but it's ruined by the other angles that make his face look goofy.

You can never agree with me to much. Only not enough.

On topic, no. I don't find Godzilla particularly scary looking. The only kaiju I've ever found "scary" were Gyaos, Barugon, Legion, and Gaira. And all of those mostly in "idea" and not necessarily in design.

Well hes really awesome, but I also think he would be terrifying in person. Most monsters would be, but hed just look at you with those ghostly eyes, narrow them, and blow you into infinity.

I think he's cute. I want to hold him and squeeze him and...wait...oops.

Really, I think he looks kind of scary. The first time I saw the movie, much like the first time I saw Godzilla '84, I wasn't scared, I was just amazed at how good of a job they did at making him look intimidating. It's not my favorite suit by any means, but it's a decent attempt at capturing the menacing nature of Godzilla.

I like this suit. But I never found him scary, intimidating maybe, scary no.
