Whale-Ape is great! Such a clever take on the supposed "origins" of Gojira.

This guy has created the ONLY complete makeover of Anguirus that I absolutely love. Usually, extreme overhauls on Ang look terrible and out of place. This one, however, is completely different yet 100% in line with the spirit and awesomeness of my favorite Kaiju.

I loved that. The Kaomebas section is full of TMNT references. The blue ones patrol and lead the others? The red ones are aggresive guards? The orange ones are carefree and goofy, and the purple ones are tech savvy? Sound familiar? Love it.

And too bad Caesar's not a rat, eh? Then he'd be ten for ten!

Pretty cool, although the overly buff designs annoy me a bit, but I'm getting past it.

I'd like to see episode summaries once the growing roster's done.

This. This is pretty amazing.

I mean, there's a LOT to take in here all at once. To comment on all of it, I need to take notes, but, wow.

I like what he's done here, and the level of world building was what was really doing it for me. It was all very natural, and I dug a ton of aspects.

King Seesar inventing kung-fu, Captain Ghidorah, Baragon as Brooklyn from Gargoyles, that Jet Jaguar design is killing in, Gigan and Megalon as Bebop and Rocksteady, man! There's a lot of cool shit going on there.

Some of the designs need work (not changing the designs, but if you want to animate, say, Varan, you need to rethink the "side spikes" and I don't like the Moguera design, no cone nose?) and it needs more enemies, less frienemies, but all and all, great stuff.

It would actually be fun to re-interpret some of these designs. I'm not kidding, that Jet Jaguar is fantastic.

Going to be completely honest I'm not really digging this at all, the art style is okay but I don't care for the Anguirus redesign as well as a few others.

Anguirus' redesign is probably my least favorite too but JJ more than just makes up for it! It's so funny.

So he grew from a chunk of Godzilla's skin? That's a bit weird.

It's also weird how the use the Kamoebas as food despite some of them being main characters. That must be awkward.
