^^ Could you cut back on the yellow font, a bit?

Why is Dracula getting so much ink these days? He just got off an X-Men run and now he's over in HULK?

Marvel is pushing the Lord of the Undead, and vamps in general. In the X-Men:Curse of the Mutants arc, it mainly ,according writer Victor Gischler, the powers that be at Marvel were looking for a non-mutant threat to pit the X-Men against. And Drac and his vamps were the only ones free at the time. While some may whine it's just Marvel hoping on the Twilight bandwagon, or the even gayer True Blood one. But personally, I've been wanting to see Marvel make a big push with Vlad The Impaler since the launch of the sadly short-lived Midnight Sons lines nearly twenty years ago. Although, I wish they kept his original look, and no for the Legacy of Kain look he's now sporting.

Finally, he is returning.

I don't know why people are so piss off Miles Morales as Spider-Man? It's Ultimate Marvel, it's not like they killed off Spider-Man in the 616 universe.

Because it's a popular version of spider-man, that's why. Also it seems weird to make spider-man regardless of being an alternate version a gay half black half Latino spider-man. Plus people think it's another Obama stunt(I've heard people say this, I'm not agreeing with it) like that did with that horrible Obama team up issue.

But in other news, yesterday was the 50th birthday of the fantastic four... and Marvel Comics!? What the hell Marvel, a few years ago you said it was your 75th anniversary and now it's your 50th!? Yeah, wtf but I'm happy cause it's the FF and we're going to see Marvel's ripoff of the earth one series. Oh and Johnny is coming back from the dead, what a big surprise. Oh and someone big is going to die after fear itself... yeah, with the movies and stuff I'll doubt they'll be dead for long.

I personally find the non-Peter Park Spider-Men much more interesting. Like Ben Riley.

I miss ol' Spidey. Back from the 80s before Maximum Clonage. ...I hope I dont get back into Spider-Man. Im about 17 years clean. Im already obsessed over X-Men and now Batman is coming back...

Inb4 Thor comes back three issues later. No one in Marvel really stay dead forever.

Corrected the errors you had there. :P

I have no idea what Inb4 is but Thor chances are will come back within a few issues, I mean after all he is a big player in the avengers movie and you know how much Marvel likes to whore out stuff when money is involved.

And well... Uncle Ben and Gwen Stacy are still dead and I think her father is too.

Thor wont stay dead. He died before, JMS brought him back, the character is uber popular, they released new titles when the movie came out 3 months ago....

Thunderstrike, Beta Ray Bill, Ragnarok (droid) .... Thor will be back (maybe 4-6 issues)

So, I just read fear itself #5. Uhh... yeah, it was actually good. :O

Matt, before the series has been well... sucky but if you keep this up with issue 5 I think you can turn around and make the series awesome!

Not counting them. I was talking about a superhero or supervillain, some characters will stay dead for over a decade like Norman Osborn for example. Some Marvel characters might stay dead forever like Abraxas for example.

SO.... I've read the Thor book that took place after JMS' stuff and so far so good. Interesting idea as to how the biology of Asgardians work. I've going to read up what happen after that because I really want to see what happens next.

And I started reading Daredevil Noir, good stuff but then again with the exception of the sequel to Spider-man Noir all of the noir line is good and soon I'll be reading up on Wolverine. <3

Honestly, one reason why I drift in and out of reading Marvel is the lack of permanence to these plot lines. I just cant be invested in a universe where there is no consequence for actions. Ill be enticed every once and a while, but then will drift back to reading Walking Dead or some other comic.

The only family of comics in the Marvel family that have sustained are X-Men. Theyre 6 years into a line or stories that are all smartly written and amazing.

I believe they're doing a new book, I dunno if John Carter of Mars is public domain or not reason I say this is like I said I think they're doing a comic and of course Dynamite Entertainment also is doing their stuff as well.

If so... no wait, I just wiki'd it. Dark horse has collected both of Marvel's and DC's stuff.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Carte ... d_editions

Marvel's being so god damn many and I'm guess DH wouldn't think it would sell well if put into individual graphic novels decided to do it in a Showcase/essentials style black and white and all that stuff and put it into one gigantic graphic novel.

With DC's stuff however, it was in color.

Im getting a bad feeling with the DC "reboot"/"relaunch" that I'll have to drop some titles and pick up the X-Books from Marvel.

Im a bit miffed that Red Robin is getting canned and Superboy is getting redone and Teen Titans, but GL and Batman arent too bad.

I couldn't find anything relating to that, so I don't think so. Like I said Dark Horse did release pretty much everything Marvel and DC did plus some dell stuff.

The only thing I'm aware of Marvel doing right now is a prequel to the movie and that's it.

I checked all around. Marvel has no plans to re-release their Warlord of Mars comics in 11/2011 in any form. They were JUST released 1/2011 and 3/2011 from DHP.

The only John Carter lit being released between now and 2012 are new editions of the novels.
