Ah who cares, not really specific topic in this lol and i cant remember for sure but i believe it is because he has always wanted to like have sex with his sister for some odd reason. When they were younger and they were just curious little kids, the brother happend to touch her private area and left a nasty scar on his finger. Ever since then he was afraid of the vaginia. So i believe something happened to the mother or father, sister get pissed and causes him pain lol Kikomia might be able to explain it better
