It reminds me of a dog I once had. He hardly ever went outside. So I had to clip his nails or they would grow and dig into his feet.
An active animal's nails will never get that long. So it's sort of strange to see them that long.
Godzilla is the one I like the best out of the three.
I like that saurian style of design a lot more than the typical cat faced design most people make.

When I drew it, I wanted to give him long, rock gripping talons so he could scale cliffs and such like many bats and prehistoric birds. And I know what you mean by Gargoyle - he reminds me of Sauron from X-Men. Sort of on purpose, too - I wanted to give him a more sentient look.
And thanks again for the Goji compliments, I've always been a fan of the reptilian/dragonesque Godzilla designs myself. I much prefer a GMK Goji mug to the wet rat that is Final Goji.
