Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)

While the upcoming Captain America movie is not even out yet for another month, Marvel has plans to do a sequel.

I have no idea on what they want to use MODOK for a sequel but I hope Red Skrull will return unless they kill him off.

See in THIS film stan lee should make his cameo, not in the fir...

But yeah, I don't want to see Modok but rather Zemo.

The writers talk about the sequel:

I doubt Joe Johnston will return since he plans to do a 4th Jurassic Park movie afterwards. I don't know who to get for the sequel?

Really? Already a sequel in the works. We already have Iron Man 3, Thor 2, Avengers, and a rumored Cloak and Dagger movie. They should make 2-3 of those before they start writing new ones.

Looks like Hugo Weaving might not be back for a sequel which is too bad since I think he pull off the role.

I am just fine with ''Joe Johnston'' doing Captain America 2 an leaving Jurassic park 4 to Steven Spielberg.... even if i had to wait another 4 years to see the Jurassic park sequel.

Im quite certain that Red Skull got disentigrated at the end by the cube so we probably wont be seeing him again.

In films its typically not that. Once someone dies in a superhero movie, they normally stay dead.

He was resurrected through the course of a single film. We have yet to see a comic book villain be resurrected following their death in a previous movie. The closest thing I can think of is Jean Grey in the X-men series.

I sure hope they don't bring Red Skull back for the 2nd Captain America, get a new villain or 2, then bring him back for the 3rd if it ever happens

Rasputin from Hellboy was brought back from the dead.

Killing The Red Skull would be like killing Magneto or Loki - not financially responsible.

Would this fit in after the Avengers movie or before, because they really didn't give any room between the first and Avengers? :|

Yeah but like Goro said that's an instace where it happened over the course of a single film. But if you're thinking of the ending to Hellboy II that wasn't filmed I see what you mean.

But he's pretty much dead in the comics. The last bit of his soul was put in an acorn and the Baba Yaga lost it...

Oh and Arnim Zola should be the bad guy in Cap 2!
