I say Godzilla against one monster for the first film, and if it ends up being a trilogy, have dual monsters in each sequel.

I'd like to see any of these in any of the film(s?): Rodan, Anguirus, King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Gigan, Varan

I wouldn't mind to see these guys to appear if they do make a trilogy;
Movie 1: Godzilla, Rodan or Anguirus
Movie 2: Godzilla, Mothra, Gigan, King Ghidorah, maybe King Seesar?
Movie 3: Godzilla, Mothra, Baragon, Kumonga, Ebirah, Varan, Titanosaurus, Manda, Gorosaurus, Mechagodzilla, MOGUERA, Mecha-King Ghidorah.
If your wondering why i put a bunch of monsters in the third part, i figured more monsters would be disturbed by Ghidorah and Gigan's arrival on Earth. At least, this is my idea for a Godzilla trilogy.

This.

I'd rather have two monsters. Or maybe even just Godzilla vs some super powerful weapon (Like in Return of Godzilla).

To make me squeel crazily, I'd like three monsters. Godzilla, a formidable enemy, and some cannon fodder monster (hopefully a new, original monster). But as mentioned, I'd like no more than two.

Am I the only person on this board who would PREFER original monsters for this film? Maybe if there are sequels we can see some other Toho monsters, but I REALLY want to see something new.

An original monster would be a welcomed change, although I would love to see a non-overused Toho classic (Anguirus, Rodan) or one-timer (Titanosaurus) return as well.

One New and One Classic.
Pretty Much if there are more than one monster in the film.

I want a classic kaiju that is rather popular, but also rather underused. Like Hedorah, Gigan or even Megalon.

If there's more then 1 enemy monster for Godzilla to fight.. I'd like 1 Original monster for the first fight, an a Toho monster for the final battle.

Chance's are as hopeful as we are as fan's to pick an under-used Toho monster.. If Legendary uses one it will be a more famous one like (Rodan, King Ghidorah, Mecha-Godzilla, Anguirus)

An i must be the only 1 who would be turned off a bit if they used ''Hedorah or Megalon''?

Original monsters have not been very popular at all like Orga, Monster X and Megaguirus for example. They are most likely going to pick a monster is that popular with the fanbase and recognizable to the general movie goers as mention many times before.

Just because fans didn't receive the original monsters from those newer films very well, doesn't mean that an original monster won't do well with fans or the general public with this one. At some point, all the monsters were fresh new faces. Seriously, we can't just say "Oh, we (the fans) didn't invest too much in this particular monster so that means the general public didn't like them either". We don't know how the general public would react to an old monster or a new one, there would probably be little to no difference whatsoever. And in the end, LP isn't going to cater to the fans. That's just not good business. It's not where the money is.

You know, if the new Godzilla is CGI, it would be kinda cool if they introduced Obsidius in CGI. But back on topic, I'd perfer a least three monsters to fight Godzilla. (Just not at the same time)
