I've been doing research on Goyer and I'm not too pleased with what I've read, is anybody else not so happy with him on board? Granted it's an improvement from Callaham and I should be happy that we're getting something, but his solo track record is not that good.

When I talk to my friends about him they always mention his work on Batman Begins/Dark Knight and Dark City, but all of those films had Goyer's input very regulated (Not so sure if he was regulated for Dark City, could be wrong on that one). Now if we take a look at Goyer's non-regulated work, we get gems like the Blade series, Jumper and The Unborn. As it stands, Goyer's going solo for the current script which I'm not too thrilled about. I would feel much better if LP got a talented person to work with him, maybe have Nolan tag along for the screenplay? I would love to see a Batman Begins style Godzilla film.

Still, if the Blade series is any indication we can anticipate a silly monster fighting summer flick if we're going to get awful writing. At least we get some enjoyment out of the film unlike the last American reboot.

Actually the only blade movie that was horrible was the third. The second two were actually written out pretty well i thought, and enjoyable. I highly doubt those are causing for a "silly monster fighting summer flick"

David Goyer is usually only bad news if he directs a movie. Most of what he's written is pretty solid. I'm not worried about it.

I found the first two Blade movies better then the Spider-Man films in my opinion. I agree with HeiseiGodzilla117, Goyer is often bad news when he is directing and he has too much control on his hands. I found Jumper (2008) to be a good film even though I never read the books which is why people dislike it to so much.

I Prefer the Second Blade of the Three its just really good, It would be funny that people "No-Fans" Enjoy this movies and
we (Fans) Dont.
