with a lot of human losses on the way.

Anyways, that reaction applies my reaction to the trailer. Space Hunter M's right, it LOOKS like a College Humor episode. The cliched love story, the obligatory use of pegs, the music choice, EVERYTHING. I can't take this movie seriously, even though it looks like it wants to be taken that way. I just...can't do it.

I expect stupidity on a cosmic scale, but I can't recall seeing the Navy take on aliens before, so...it'll definitely be worth a rental. It's pretty unique, really. I just hope they manage to make the action exciting. Battle: LA failed miserably in that regard.

And here I thought this would of been a great war film.

It does look stupid but it does have liam neeson, so I might see it.

I just saw a preview of this yesterday when I saw Cowboys and Aliens. It looked really cool, and I can't wait for it.
