Favorite alien race in Toho films?

The Simeons (aka Black Hole Aliens): They're pretty awesome IMO. They've got completely bulletproof vests and killer laser pointers. I also like how they made an apperance in Dark Horse's Godzilla comics. Easly my #1 favorite.

The Xillians (Millenium): Their true forms have a very interesting design.

I love the Black Hole aliens for being totally laid back and embracing the good life, what with the cigars and wine. I can't say they're my favorite, though. I don't like choosing favorites.

The Black Hole Aliens. Out of all the alien species in Toho films, their plans actually make the most logical sense, and do so using while being as terrifying as possible. They're just so much fun to watch, especially in Terror Of MechaGodzilla when some of the main ones get more detail.

The Xians. They're logical, cold, and their leader is one of the best villains in a Godzilla film.

If they're logical, then explain this to me: If Xians were always on earth (at least from the beginning of the film), and they could always control the monsters, then why pretend to be friends with the humans? Why not just immediately attack earth, catch them off-guard and take control of Godzilla and Rodan when they show up?

Honestly, I like the Xians for how they're connected to their computers and their overall look and atmosphere they present. But they do have flaws, such as what I said above. The Xians are not exactly the brightest bunch out there.

In my opinion, the Black Hole aliens were the most well put together aliens in the series. I don't know why, but that's my opinion. They are my favorite.

Black Hole aliens, because they appear in one of my favorite Godzilla movies, Terror of Mechagodzilla.

The Black Hole Aliens, for being the most realistic extraterrestrial race in the series.

Black Hole Aliens/Simeons from Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla/Terror of Mechagodzilla. Nasty, ruthless bunch. But as mentioned before , their leadership didn't mind enjoying the good life on planet Earth with an occasional cigar or brandy. Although, if they liked cigars so much, I'm surprised they didn't negotiate so kind of deal with Fidel Castro in Cuba. An exchange of technology for all the Cuban stogies they could want.

Xiliens. Just looking at their cold, expression-less faces sends chills down my spine when i was a kid. Not to mention they made a smart plan against Earth instead of just attacking with brute force.

Xiliens both old and new. Their leader in the old film hammed it up with those weird and funny hand gestures and the new one was a psychotic manchild. And the old one's were smart enough to use, at the time, the three most dangerous kaiju, Godzilla, Rodan, and Ghidorah.

The Kiliks: Pretty much Toho's answer to amazons....in space. They one up'd the Xiliens by pretty much using almost every monster in existence at the time including the the three used by the xiliens.

For me it be the Millians from G2K, i thought they were the most "mysterious" out of them all, and would like to see them again

I'd have to say the Mysterians or the Xiliens.

Got to go with the X-ians of Monster Zero. I love the costumes, love the ships, love the mannerisms. Plus, I like the idea that their planet is short of water, and thus Earth would be a perfect target. The logic of their plan may be flawed, but what the hell.

The Xian plan isn't all flawed. Why fight yourself when you can have giant monsters do the destruction for you? Plus, they eliminated the threat of Godzilla and Rodan fighting KG by stealing them and putting them under their control. They are a devious bunch.

Oh yeah, their plan is very flawed. As I said before, if they were on earth from the beginning and could control the monsters, then why pretend to be friends with us? Why make the peace offering? All that plan did for the Xians was give them easy access to Godzilla and Rodan, which they could have easily done on Earth. So yeah, the first part of their plan is heavily flawed.
