Looks like they doing a reboot of Judge Dredd. The movie that cameout 15 years ago was pretty bad, but I don't think it was awful. I hope this movie will stay true to the comics.

I AM THE LAW! THE LAWLY LAWLY LAW! God, I love the first film but here's hopes this reboot is pretty good.

Don't try to be something else. Don't try to be less. Great things are going to happen in your life. Great things. And with that will come great responsibility.
I mean, I will miss the classic costume but this seems to be a new interpretation or something.

Not a fan of the director but the movie does look good. I remember them saying they wanted to go for a look between Blade Runner (1982) and The Dark Knight (2008). I doubt we will see a trailer soon since it's not out until next September. I think the outfit looks good, a lot of people think the helmet is too big though.
I don't know why they pick Dredd as a title, they could have just pick Judge Dredd as the title. I doubt anyone remembers the 1995 film since it was never a major blockbuster or a popular film. More photos from Empire has been released:
Yes, the movie has nothing to do with the 1995 Judge Dredd movie. It will be 17 years since the last movie came out, the movie is being directed by Pete Travis (Vantage Point). The director of Moon (2009) was ofter to direct and said script was great but feels like that it was not his type of movie.
