They're fairly accurate maybe tiny bit smaller than the movie version but doesn't really bother me as long as it looks good. Still praying for a Gigantic tho :D .

ApexOversteer wrote:Now that Plex/Art Spirits has finally released their long overdue HyperSolid Kamatakun, G'19 and Final Wars Gigan figures, we can turn our interest towards their upcoming Gekizo series of Gashapon-sized KOTM Kaiju figures! Current information indicates that we should see these being priced at 1600¥ ($14.86) each, or the entire set for 9600¥ ($89.16), with an intended release window of Autumn 2020, which of course really means Autumn 2021. The full set appears to include Godzilla, Fire Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra, Mothra Larva, and Rodan. Art Spirits haven't given us specs on these yet, regarding size, but they were shown at San Diego Comic Con last year, and the Goji was said to be about 7.5cm tall (3").
AUGH! I was really hoping these would be about an inch taller. At this size, I may have to pass.

Man, the US portal of ShonenRIC has just exploded lately! Until recently, they never had more than 2 active preorders going at once, now they have 5! The Sakai '04 Godzilla Poster Ver. resin statue is in it's 4th run, DefoReal G'19 Burning and 25cm G'19 are in their 2nd runs, and OMG! two figures from the Gamera universe, at the same time!?!? It's a little bit awesome to see.

I do wonder if this was the 2020 plan, or if the pandemic has some influence...

What 75?

EDIT: I see it now...

That's not on the RIC site, that's a P-Bandai...

They do have a tweet that says RIC will accept preorders... maybe Japan-exclusive. It's not on the US portal as yet... but it is on the P-Bandai twitter...

AwesomeCollector has the P-Bandai reissue of the 30cm '75, with the lightup fins. You can preorder it at $279.99 + $60 shipping to the US, for a total just shy of $340. The OGs don't come up too often on the secondhand market, I think I paid $250 for my standard ver last year...

Yeah, that's a bit overkill, IMO... but I can't figure out why he's so high on it. P-Bandai is charging 22,000¥ ($204) for it. AC is upcharging $75, before the $60 shipping? That's not typical for him...

EDIT: I was looking at the Japanese portal of the P-Bandai site. Going over to the US portal, the price on the G'75 changes a bit. For the US the price is $245.

AC just shipped my Shin RIC Defforeal!
However it was shipped via USPS small packet Int.
So may take month or two to arrive due to USPS being messed up after COVID.
:(
Rather have paid extra for FedEx or UPS to be honest.

So i couldn't let this deal pass me up as hard as i tried to ignore it.. I found a GMK 30cm Sakai figure loose for $100 on Ebay, the reason for the scale back in price was due to the seller needing to glue the thumb back on, no biggy to me since its a statue so it's not like i'll be posing it. It had 24 watchers and it was a spurt of the decision moment for me lol..

I think that was a good deal right? I could link pics so you guys could take a look.

Great deal! The thumb fix should be super easy.

Awesome! yeah it seems like he glued it, i could hit it with some black paint or just leave it alone depending on how noticeable it looks in person.

Some black paint should clean up the glue mark

I don't think it's a bootleg, don't know how common X-plus bootlegs are, but even if this is one, it's still a gorgeous sculpt for the price.
