Godzilla vs Kong Rumor Thread (SPOILERS)

So this might be the first example of our Toho leaker being wrong because the beard seems real and significant.

He never stated Kong wouldn't have a beard,he just didn't know either way.

He also said Godzilla looks the same as 2019 but one of the last pics we saw of the full banner made it look pretty locked in that his spines had some white trim to them now

Me, I honestly think it looks a bit over the top. I know Kong isn't a normal gorilla but....ehhh...it just looks weird to me, to see a gorilla with a human like beard. I'll wait to see other pics of him with it but I honestly just wanted him to be a bit bulkier with blacker fur and some battle scars.
Kinda like his old man in the comic.

...Well than I guess a ton of Godzilla incarnations aren't true to the character either considering all of the times new attributes were added to Godzilla designs that had never been seen before

Agreed. I've never seen a gorilla with a Kratos beard before so it just looks a little weird to me.

I for one like the Jordan Vogt-Kong. Looks cool as a feral ape man, which if I remember right in Kong Skull Island they did design Kong to be like that of human than an ape.

Highly doubt is wrong. I don't believe he's seen any footage or trailers, just concept art. They may have changed Kong's appearance along the development line to have a beard, and he just hasn't seen the final concept yet.

Most likely, I look like a bore who does not understand jokes, but there is no reason why Godzilla is not an old man. he is not a human so he don't have a beard
