I say late 2013 or early 2014 for Xbox 3 and PS4. If they will let you transfer your 360 live account to the 3rd Xbox when it's release.

The 360 won't be discontinued for a while since people are still buying them. Which is why the PS2 is still has not been discontinued yet since people still buy them and make games for them.

They won't. the way it works is you do an announcement one year and then hype it up for a year, get developers to make games for it etc, and then release it in time for Christmas the following year

A new Xbox won't be happening very soon. They just invested in the "S" that launched last summer. The revised Xbox 360 is sure to have been designed for at least three years. Maybe you'll see an announcement or more info in 13 before we finally get a new product in 14 or so.

The Playstation Vita will give them a run for their money. But anyway, the next Microsoft console should be coming out in 2014 if I remember right. I think it will beat the Wii Sucks I mean the Wii U by miles. The Wii U (A new way nientendo will try to suck out money of the consumer with poor controllers, accesseries and games excluding 1st party) will be what Nientendo should have released a generation ago so the X-box whatever will have no problem beating it. The PS4 or whatever Sony unvails should be an interesting contender though.

These are just rumors, so it's highly unlikely. Rare's new title makes me think that it could be a new KI game.
