well Orochi did appear in a couple Toho films... but that's about it, and the more recent one he was in is terrible aparrently. The other monsters are new.Sonic wrote:I know that bad have they been seen in previous old movies? where can I find info about them?Stump Feet wrote:He literally just said the other Titans that weren’t shown lol
A guy who randomly stumbled upon this place one day, invested much too much time into it, and now appears to be stuck here for all eternity..and strangely enough, i do not regret it!

Only Kraken and Mkele were described in the novel
Sekhmet is shown during KOTM’s opening logos as an ancient carving depicting him as a winged lion.
Other than that, the rest are all a mystery.

For Yamata-no-Orochi I definitely like this idea. It'd differ him from King Ghidorah.Spoiler:

Ehh...while it does differentiate him from Ghidorah, now he just looks like a giant, beakless Graboid.

Re: Behemoth's future in the Monsterverse
Behemoth is my favorite of the new Monsterverse original kaiju so I really want to see more of him. The fact that action figures of him haven't been made is absurd but YMSF is trying to get a figure approved by Toho and Legendary.

It's just a mammoth model from a museum, but it's pretty obvious I'm using it to reference Behemoth.Sonic wrote:agreed.AllosaurHell wrote:Behemoth is my favorite of the new Monsterverse original kaiju so I really want to see more of him. Or what about a series, perhaps set in NYC, where Behemoth is Rodan's imaginary friend?

Re: Behemoth's future in the Monsterverse
So while I was trying to find a name for my new Tegu, I discovered that the Behemoth in mythology is the Beast of the land, while the Leviathan is the beast of the sea, now I think we're all aware that the Leviathan tends to be Godzilla most of the time. So it's kinda cool seeing them meet face to face in KOTM.

Re: Behemoth's future in the Monsterverse
Agreed, the only thing that makes this complicated is that there's an off screen titan called Titanus-Leviathan but hopefully they rename it "Manda" because Leviathan's novel description sounds just like Manda._JNavs_ wrote:So while I was trying to find a name for my new Tegu, I discovered that the Behemoth in mythology is the Beast of the land, while the Leviathan is the beast of the sea, now I think we're all aware that the Leviathan tends to be Godzilla most of the time. That and the idea of Godzilla being the Leviathan in the bible is just so damn epic to me, I always imagined Leviathan as Godzilla.

Pretty sure they never describe Leviathan in the novel only that it’s a sea monster

If they make Behemoth the new Anguirus-like best buddy of Godzilla, I will be super happy, lol.

Re: Behemoth's future in the Monsterverse
It was a crazy idea I mentioned somewhere, but I'd really like to see Behemoth having the ability to stretch out or retract his tusks or bend them like pincers to stab or cut enemies, giving him some range and a "special ability" which is sort of par for the course for a lot of Kaiju.
