Take away the Uranium Unicorns, but I refuse to get rid of Them! They're too important to the genre for removal.

Them! are among the more recognized cinematic monsters of the 50s. While I can't give an informed opinion of the specific reasoning, they are considered important monsters (maybe not on the same scale as Kong or Rhedosaurus).

I guess important monsters is one thing, however, I just find it weird to have THEM! range about Kaiju height or at least be around normal Titan height or somewhere smaller then Aggregate Destoroyah.

You seriously can't imagine a match involving a hive of THEM! ants attacking another monster because they've intruded on their territory, or where they provide back up for another monster, or a THEM! vs. aggregate Destoroyahs, or something? Just because you can't think up a halfway decent match with them (no pun intended) doesn't mean they should be kicked from the roster.

I don't have a problem with "THEM!". Used right, they could be decent threats with enough imagination.
