Either this was written before the Wings Of Light were added or MM didn’t add that either to make Bagan weaker or made him stick true to his Video game counterpart.

Keep in mind that the new powers are optional--you don't have to use them. Plus, it was very new at the time, so MM just wanted to have a more "traditional" Bagan.

This was a hilarious match, and super good as well. I loved the setup for it all, definitely unexpected, and it was used super well.
