I'd say my only real rule of thumb when using the Anime Armored Titan for banners is replacing the hair and making sure his mouth (or teeth) are exposed, so it can at least sync up with the original design. As far as this statue goes (thank you soulgodzilla), it's from Japan's Universal as far as I can tell.
