Back in Black is sung by Brian Johnson. As is "Shook Me All Night Long." Highway is done by Bon Scott.

This is bullshit. I do not take any illicit drugs, but I dont think the government should test you 'just because'. I also dont give a shit if theyre going to reimburse you. If Im on prescription vicodin, or some other opiate, why should *I* disclose that Im on it for a drug test? The state doesnt need to know ANY medical history about me for a tax-funded system designed to help people who need it. Sure, people abuse it - but instead of a BS Unconstitutional program like this, how about we do a bit more research into people who defraud Welfare?

Rick Scott was voted into office of the Governor of Florida last year. I did NOT vote for him. Rick Scott is a Medicare defrauder, he settled out of court. Sadly settling out of court doesnt make him a felon, which I think it should. He already refused the government stimulus money to build a high speed rail here in central FL, killing 3500+ jobs, took money from schools (which he swore he'd never do) and pretty much proved he's a weird looking cocksucking prick.

I wouldnt be surprised if the clinics you have to goto to get drug tested (Im sure you have to goto an approved clinic) arent owned by Rick Scott, or if he's a stock holder.

It's perfectly legal for companies that require me to take a drug test to actually WORK, I see no problem making sure people aren't using ILLEGAL drugs to receive a taxpayer funded program.

Wow...that might maybe cover a small percent of actual Welfare users. But how about the 22 year old mommy of 8 with 6 different men? Or the people who live with another person and yet dont claim them on their 'household income' and still get it?

I would be all for this plan if the state had valid reason to drug test someone.

And drug testing at work is for safety. Do you want a crane operator coming to work trippin' balls? What's a stoned Welfare recipient going to do? Trip, fall into you and give you a papercut with the check?
