You can even momentarily make out her legs and head. It seems to line up with the sketches that were floating around Reddit.

That shot of her using the god rays was fantastic, didn't know it was her at first. I just barely noticed her wings flapping.

You want to deliver powerful images with these monsters and good lord they did it here.

I'm super excited to see Mothra as computer generated. I think Toho has done a great job with the puppets (especially T:SOS/Final Wars with the flexible wings) but with CGI we can overcome a lot of limitations, especially with how she flies. For example with the above gif we can slightly make out thicker and longer legs compared to previous incarnations which are obviously more practical for supporting her weight and for grasping or carrying. You can also see the face is very closer to an actual moth's with shape, size, and the smaller eyes. Actually kinda like Battra sized eyes. Also love how we can make out feathery antennae.

That shot kind of reminds me that scene in Gamera 3 where Iris takes flight, or that one in GMK where Ghidorah becomes King Ghidorah.

It took me a few wataches from the trailer to realize that the bright light in the sky is probably her.

My concern for Mothra mostly stem around her body. Judging by the Monarch cave paintings, her body looks very small and Cicada like. I love the illuminating, blinding light, and her wings expanding in the trailer was incredible. But I do have some reservations about her actual body.
