It's about 1/2 for and 1/2 against and the reason "against" doesnt appear to be lag time for slow internet users.

I really don't see any good reason for or against, TBH. And frankly, I'd much rather a lag-free board at this point. We've gone quite a while without them at this point, why bring them back?

I will say though, if they do get brought back, we need an official signature shop again, because it grew increasingly frustrating to get a good signature image at the end of the last board's reign, since most sig shops closed down.

Make Arrow an admin
Delete the 2012 Forum and just make a sticky in the General Toho section
Make FMs a user group
