So what do you guys hope for to see this year at the Comic Con since I think we might see something new with LPG at the Comic-Con. I think we will see some small info like what they have in plan and that will be it for now.

Hopefully some new info about LPG, the Avengers movie, Dark Knight Rising, Star Trek 2, and Cloverfield 2.

I don't know how much will be shown. It seems like they're still in the writing phase since no shooting has been started/cast announced etc. They could go on stage and wave around a draft of the script I guess

Doubt we'll see anything. Honestly, this film is slipping further and further into the future for me. I'm excited don't get me wrong, and I have no doubt we'll see it, but as of the moment im predicting little to no news.

I don't see how LP won't have anything to showcase at Comic Con. I expect to see a teaser trailer by July 24th.

A teaser for a movie that won't be out for another two or three years from now. If it does come out in 2013 then I hope for a small teaser poster and some info on the story. If they want to hype up the film then a teaser with "The Dark Knight Rises" in July 2012 could work.

I for see a Godzilla teaser poster coming to this years comic-con.
Maybe they'll do a draft snap shot of CG Godzilla, like they did for the incredible hulk.

I'm more hyped for previews for other films truth be told. As others have said, I doubt LP has anything big to show already.

I'm surprised that people are expecting something Godzilla 2012 related to happen this time. Of course, as most stands when it comes to "chance", its always 50/50. LP could let us know a few details about the film, nothing major though. Or LP won't show anything at all.

Point in place, there could be something and there could be nothing. Won't know til the time comes. But it would be wise to keep expectations at a complete 0.

They said they'd have an announcement at comic-con. I don't have a link for it cause I came across it in one of the threads here last week and i don't recall which.

I don't think the hype is gonna be big like GINO's hype.

They've got till the end of July I'm sure they'll have promotional material. Not necessarily a video but probably something photographic.

This. Some concept art, maybe another poster (we got one last year with even less developed), and maybe a couple tidbits on the story idea. I'm thinking something vague, like "It'll be a remake of the original film," or "Godzilla will have an opponent." I'm hoping there's a Q&A panel, or at least someone sits down with Edwards or the producers to talk about what the plan is, how far into pre-production they are, etc.

You can't ask for too much considering NOTHING has been done other than conceptualizing the movie. Unless they pull the greatest undercover developed movie of all times and are wrapping up filming... we get nothing this year.
