Actors you will like to see in the Monsterverse

I'd like to see Akira Takarada appear (and not have his scene deleted) as a navy officer, or a MUTO scientist, I'd just really like him to be connected to Godzilla somehow.

I'd honestly like to see John C. Reiley return in Godzilla vs. Kong.

They will then have to age him up like they did with Peggy Carter's actress in The Winter Soldier unless through something with the natives caused him to become ageless.

Even then if Marlow does return I'd only like it as a small appearance with him at home now an elderly man almost at the age of 100 watching the news as Godzilla and Kong fights each other and is the only one who believes Kong can defeat Godzilla.

Who knows maybe his son could even play a role in that movie...

Akira Takarada notwithstanding, I'd like to see Tom Hanks and/or Meryl Streep because not only are they among the elite most gifted actors on the planet, but they don't do any shlock and it'd be a strong statement of the quality of the script.

I wouldn't say it's inevitable, but I wouldn't mind it. Personally I think it'd be cool to see him play an antagonist.

I think it might be because he mentioned his interest in Ultraman, but I would like to see Will Smith in the franchise.
Hell, I would love to see Gary Oldman, Arnold Swarzenagger (as the president, it would be freaking hilarious), Adam Driver (as a scientist), Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, and and A-list favorite of mine, Idris Elba.

Some of these are probably people that many would not want in a Godzilla movie, but I feel they'd be great additions to the franchise.

I wouldn't like a long list of characters because They would all just seem bland and uninteresting and even though I prefer monster fights over acting in a kaiju film, if the acting is well executed, the film would be so much better. Gary Oldman can fit pretty much fit any role that isn't a foot soldier, and seeing Kate Blanchett, Woody Harrelson, Colin Firth, or Emily Blunt or Alicia Vikander. their roles are not too important but as long as they can somehow be able to contribute to the story around the monsters.

Gregor Fisher, if do make a movie about the Loch Ness Monster I hope he's in it.

Jason David Frank as a villain. If you saw the promo for the Lord Drakkon arch in the Power Rangers comic then you know what I'm talking about as he really seems to have fun playing villains or anti-heroes. And if we get a Mechagodzilla it seems fitting the guy who had the Dragonzord gets to pilot it's insperation.

Honestly, I'd just like to see his scene from 2014 at some point. Just release it on YouTube or something and he wouldn't have to appear in any of the other films again as far as I'm concerned. (That's not to say that I wouldn't love for him to have a proper cameo at some point if he's able and inclined.)
