It's actually a sculpture I made. He stands about 14" tall. I had him on display at my table at G-Fest this year.

I already have Thunder Tail, now I need a smaller figure, Shatter Blast looks quite good, any opinions on it?

I favor any of the three 6" carded Trendmasters figures ("Nuclear Strike", "Shatter Blast" and "Tornado Blast"). If you go even smaller, I recommend the 4" "Hyper Godzilla" candy toy figure and the similar-sized Taco Bell "Action Attack" kids' meal figure. Smaller still, go with the 2" Carls Jr light-up kids' meal figure from the animated series
.
