This does relate to figures, but not so much an upcoming release. Just wondering the background info behind this figure, its rarity, average price, etc.

That looks to be a Marmit Monster Heaven Final Wars Kumonga:

Not sure on the rarity (Kaiju No Mura can probably help us out with that), but the price for most Marmits can range from $50-200, so I'd say that's a pretty good price for Spiga there.

Sorry for being a pain, but is this figure a bootleg or not? I think it is a bootleg, but I just want to confirm: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1993-TOHO-Horiz ... 2603478346

@Hokmuto - The Marmit Monster Heaven Kumonga for auction is the debut sculpt. It was reissue one other time. Both releases were open pre-orders. The only real articulation it has are the mandibles are able to open and close. On average I have seen them sell around $80 to $110. Production wise the figure itself is not consider rare, but they do not come up for auction on Ebay to often. I've seen them for auction usually between 3 to 4 times a year.

Here is the second release that I have. It's approximately about 11 inches wide and 8 inches long.

The other auction is the 1993 Horizon Godzilla. Looks like someone try to repaint all the fins and nails and did a sloppy job of it.

Any new Nakajima figures in the works, Kaiju no Mura? I know there's one of him in 1954's legs out there. Think it'll get a re-issue?

The Sega is the first figure I've seen of the "Monster Planet" design that I like. Notice how the belly sits lower and the legs are stockier in comparison to the old man legs on the Bandai MMS:

Anyone know anything about this, is it another lottery piece like the Shin Godzilla?

That's exactly what it is; three variants in a lottery running 'til Nov. 29.
Here's the official site link: https://www.banprestore.com/kuji/Item/detail/57

I'm tempted to see if I can enter, but it might be wiser to just wait a while for Mandarake bargains.

According to the webpage it's 20cm tall. As much as I like this new piece, the SHMA KKK BioGoji is the same size and I'm very happy with it. I might pick this up if I can get one for an unrealistic $50 or less.

I've seen Shin Godzillas from the last lottery going for 6000 yen on Mandarake, so I think it's reasonable to imagine getting one of these Biogojis for around $60-70 down the line - which I believe is notably less than what the KKK Goji retailed at and continues to go for.

I just noticed that there were 2 more HG sets released within the last month or so:

Shin Godzilla Climax: 4 figures (basically a reissue set)
-Shin Godzilla Form 2 Maquette
-Shin Godzilla Form 4 Maquette
-Shin Godzilla Frozen (looks like the tail is sculpted with the emerging 5th form)
-Shin Godzilla Form 4

It looks like all of them are pretty much the same sculpt from Shin set 2, minus the tail on the frozen version. I'll know in a few weeks when my set comes in.

HG Godzilla 2017: 4 figures as well
-Godzilla 2017
-Burning Godzilla (chase figure)
-Meltdown Godzilla
-Shin Godzilla Form 4

Both the burning and meltdown G's are the same sculpt, with the meltdown one being completely translucent. The Shin Godzilla looks like a new sculpt.
Godzilla & Gamera High Grade (gashapon) collector.
Looking for: spare High Grade insert papers (various sets)

Didn't know where to put this ( I really don't care about this but for those who do-):

An official Lego Godzilla set might be released if 10,000 people vote. It's Godzilla 1954.

"Bang on, mate.", - Murdoc Niccals 2018.

"Right, wrong... Nobody's got a clue what the difference is in this town. So I'm gonna have more fun... and live crazier than any of 'em." - Goro Majima.
