In a recent interview with Ryo Mito confirmed that no DB or DBGT characters will be in this game. That's too bad since I want to play Rilldo and the rest of RR Army cast in the game.

Dude, its not a "new OVA" its just the animation from that "Plan to eradicate the saiyans" game redone in modern animation.

I know that, and Tullece is another name for Turles. Looks like the animation for the "The Plan to Eradicate the Saiya-jins" remake looks pretty cool, and reminds of the animation that they used for the Jump special that cameout a couple years ago.
