I searched this subforum all the way through last May looking for this thread, but I suspect that it was deleted during the last hack. So, let's try it again.

Anybody who's read these threads before know how this works. IMDB is the main source, and any other information that arises can be shared by anyone. When the studio releases an official list of credits, confirmed names will be posted in bold letters. New info today to add to what has already been known for months. #4 as of 2/6/2015.

Haven't found any other sources for this new information, so surely this is a joke listing much like Tommy Wiseau on the first Godzilla, but somebody has added more crew for Godzilla 2:

Just looking at this thread. So they did hire someone for casting. Hopefully that means they've been actually looking for people, or already have some and are just waiting to release some news.

Also, yeah, composers usually aren't known till during production. Desplat is doing Edward's Rogue One, so my bet is he'll be doing G2 as well. Now that I'm thinking about it, whose doing Skull Islands score?

What was wrong with Desplat? I honestly like his g14 theme more than the original theme. Even if you didn't like it as much as me, I thought his score had gotten near unanimous approval.

Whoever they get to score the film they BETTER use the classic Godzilla themes! Godzilla just is not truly Godzilla without the classic themes. I missed them dearly in the first film.

Hmm. I wonder why she would be deleted. Hell, I wonder why she was even added anyway. The casting director hired nearly 3 years before the release date (at that time, it was June 8, 2018)? Nah, I'm betting that was never official to begin with.
