Should Krystalak and Obsideous be in movies?

I like Krystalak more then I do Obsidius but then again I have weird tastes in, well, everything. But yeah, they look silly even in a game, I think they would look worst in a film. Seriously I can hear people laughing if they every saw these two on film.

And because I didn't put my two cents in with my first post...I couldn't give a rat's ass about either character. Don't care for the game. Don't care for the Atari games in general. So I'm certainly not going to give two spits about a pair of made up characters like these two. There are LEGIT Toho monsters I don't even like. Why would I like these guys?

In the context of a Godzilla anime (which will most likely never happen), maybe I could see these guys working, but even that's a stretch. I definitely don't like these guys nearly enough to ever see them in a feature film with Godzilla. They're both pretty "meh" design wise, and I personally liked the idea of Obsidius (as well as the concept art) a hell of a lot more than how he ultimately turned out in the game. That lame ass stock roar of his didn't help matters either.

I did like them more then the other plan Atari monsters. I don't think we will see them again anytime soon since most fans hated them. And that I'm pretty sure Pipeworks owns the rights to them which means no one else could add them in another game unless they ask Pipeworks for it.

They should have just put the energy from making the two monsters up into making two monsters from the actual series. Gorosaurus and King Kong anybody. Zilla would probabaly better then Obsidius and Krystalak. Have them vote in the monsters they wanted. Better idea in my head. But if I had to choose, Obsidius was better then Krystalak because Krystalak was like SpaceGodzilla were as Obsidius was mildy original. And when I say Original I mean like SyFy movie origianl.

At least we didn't get Lightning Bug. Out of the ones we were shown that was easily the worst one. I can't believe how many votes that thing got and all just because the design artist said he tried to make the armor look somewhat like that in "Evangelion".

Bullshit I say. That thing looked more like a rejected bug Transformer then anything else.

I would have rather gotten the Xenomorph like Visitor or Fire Lion or better yet, Hedorah, Monster X or hell even Zone Fighter and he isn't even really that well known.

Didn't we get the two new guys because they couldn't afford the rights to more "real" Toho monsters? So if we didn't get Krystalak and Obsidius we would have gotten nothing instead. I would have rather had Visitor than one of the two we got, and I'd rather we got the two we did over NOTHING AT ALL.
