From what I can remember that Magento won. I hear Savage Dragon and Spider-Man crossover before as well?

Yeah, the funny thing is about said debate that started a fire was whoever wrote did say he didn't know much about the two so later on they did a poll at wizard world or whatever the convention is and Superman got more votes then Goku. And I learned this on Dragon Ball wiki. *awesome face*

What they need to do if Wizard ever does this, is find someone who knows BOTH characters and then have them fight plus make it a fight EVERYONE wants to see, not just two random characters thrown in there. BTW, Vash losing to spider-man is gay, Mkay. With or without the angel arms(which I don't recall them saying he didn't have them), he still could taken him out.

Oh and this is by far the most stupidest idea to make boatloads of money

How does that make sense? I dunno, but oh wait I got one that DOES make sense! :O

Linkara, fail on you for saying Savage Dragon ripped spider-man off, and while it was a brief encounter it makes WAAAAAY more sense then Spider-man teaming up with Obama.

One book to check out if you haven't is HACK/slash.(http://boomvavavoom.com/hackslash.html), from writer artist Tim Seeley, which just started its second ongoing over at Image. HACK/slash tells the adventures of Cassie Hack. A teenage outcast, whose mother, Delilah Hack, went batshit crazy with being abandoned by Cassie's father, Jack. Seeeing her daughter harassed by her fellow students at the school where she worked as the lunch lady. Delilah started knocking off the bullying students, and disposed the remains by serving them on the menu. When the Lunch Lady was found out, she killed herself by drowning herself in boiling gravy before the cops could apprehend her. When Cassie was put into foster care, and was unfortunatly, thanks to being know as the Lunch Lady's daughter, was harrassed by the students at her new school. Then Casssie's classmates started to disappear again. It turned out that the killer was actually her mother, back from the dead continuing her mission. Cassie ended up putting her mother down this time. And as result of this encounter, she decided to find and hunt down other slashers/revenants like her mother. In the course of her hunting, Cassie found the rather monstrous Vlad, who ended up becoming her friend and partner in her war. Good book. But on the subject of crossovers Cassie and Vlad had some neato crossovers since her debut back in 2004. With such well known cinematic slashers such as Chucky.
Image
Then a little bit more recently, The Re-Animator himself, Herbert West.
Image
Also some crossovers with Evil Ernie, Edger Dill from BUMP !, and upcoming with the Bomb Queen ,and Moonstone Books's Zombies Vs. Cheerleaders. Check it out if you haven't yet.

Also, I haven't picked up the opening bookend to IDW's INFESTATION but from what I've read its kicked off quite well. And anything with zombies is always cool.

I think they should make a Marvel Zombies and BL crossover next.

Suuuucked. Hated it. It was a sloppy combination of several of the major arcs between the two companies.

And I really and truly hate almost any plot where they have Supes as "the" guy. I am so sick of Superman being "the" hero. You got Thor, Cap, all these guys who easily rival Superman for popularity, and EACH of them has far more depth as a character. But noooo. Superman has to remain unbeatable.

I give up on Marvel/DC crossovers. They fail. Epically.

@Kane: Quite butthurt. :P But you left out the part how Superman was exhausted from the fight with Thor that everyone came up to him and owned his ass. hehe I've gotta re-read that story, if not for the plot then the awesome artwork done by comic book legend George Peerz. I found it funny that with Superman holding Thor's hammer back, we see an issue or two later of him fighting Count Nerfarina for a panel and he could be considered Marvel's first superman AND he did the same thing to Thor. AND... George also did the art for that issue as well. hehe

Hellspawn28 wrote:I think they should make a Marvel Zombies and BL crossover next.

They did, it's called Marvel Zombies: Supreme. OH!

Now one of the best crossovers I have read that ISN'T from DC or Marvel is Image Comics' and whoever else's(Devil's Due maybe?) epic known as G.I. Joe vs Transformers.
Image

I was quite surprised when I learned image comics did this crossover or atleast the first volume of it but man did it kick ass. And we got 4 volumes of it too, with awesome artwork and fun stories. I remember being a bit sad that vol 3 wasn't going to happen, but it did and I was happy.

Now if only we could get some epic crossover with Voltron that isn't Power Rangers, Transformers, Or Godzilla(though I would LOVE to see those, espcially PR and the G-man's) that would be one for the record books. Course, we did kind of get that with Vehicle Voltron fighting Lion Voltron.

Didn't G.I Joe and Transformers crossover before in the G1 cartoon series?

No, any story with a cast of characters like JLA/Avengers has that focuses on SUPERMAN is a waste of time.

I also remember reading the team up with Superman and Silver Surfer before. It was when Mr. Mxy and Impossible Man team up, and they where screwing up the whole universe.

Thank you.

Most of the Superman crossovers have sucked. HOWEVER, I did like his crossover with Spidey. I'd actually like to see smaller roles cross over. Lantern Corps and Nova Corps, Big Barda and She-Hulk, things like that. I just don't have faith in crossovers between Marvel and DC anymore.

I wouldn't mind that, if they explain it properly and junk. I believe I saw on a cover of Ultraman fighting the white ranger but I think it was just a magazine with articles and junk.

I wonder why Marvel and DC don't make crossovers anymore? I have a feeling they will end up making a Thor and GL crossover soon seeing that both Thor and GL have major movies coming out this year.

Because Joe Quesada is an asshole, who hates DC with a burning passion. That's why we haven't seen a new crossover in almost a decade.

Mortal Kombat vs. Marvel Zombies crossover would be cool to see. The story can have the zombie infection beings to take over the Marvel universe then Doctor Doom creates a dimensional teleporter to escape to another universe until something wrong happens which caused the infection to enter into the universe of Mortal Kombat which later caused both universes to fall part, and the zombie outbreak to take over both universes.

I doubt it would work as a video game but as a comic book it might be cool.

Um... that's wishful thinking at best.

Marvel and DC aren't crossing over. There is much more money to be made separately, especially now that both have their film universe kicking into high gear.

I wouldn't mind if there was a Gundam/Evangelion crossover, sooner or later 1 of the universes develops a dimensional transport device that allows that world to crossover into a different world(since they have the tech to build robots and other weapons, they might as well have the tech to transport into other dimensions) and one of the worlds' leaders wants to conquer the other for being a major threat to their world, so the Gundam world and Evangelion world are at a constant war with eachother. (anyway thats all I could think of for the moment)
