This isnt a discussion over what powers he should have as there is already a thread on that. This is just a discussion of what type/color of atomic beam he should have.

Personally I'd like the classic blue breath. I've always considered that as a trademark of the character (the blue breath) and i've always felt that blue was his unofficial color. I also feel that Godzilla having an orange colored beam was more like that of a dragon or Gamera. Any thoughts or opinions on this matter?

Of course I want blue, but I hope it edges a little towards the whiter side, sort of a nod to the older (B&W) movies. I've always liked the beam looking "white hot."

It's part of an elaborate storyline from Grant Morrison.

"Batman of Zur-En-Arrh" is Bruce Wayne's "back-up psyche" in case the persona of Batman ever gets traumatized to the point of not being functional. He's basically the embodiment of what Bruce Wayne wishes for Batman to be (He dresses like he got his laundry mixed up because he is completely and utterly fearless) and completely ruthless (his weapon of choice is a Baseball Bat) and he takes orders from Bat-Mite.

It's actually a really cool story and concept, but it probably won't make a return anytime soon.

Well it's been white, blue and red/orange, so blue's not necessarily the ONLY choice.

It needs to be blue. Anything like orange or red will only reaffirm those stereotypical accusations that Godzilla breathes FIRE. I don't want that. I want it to look like thermonuclear breath.

Who says it has to be one color? I say whitish blue normally, but reddish when he's using it on say, a building for a second. When he's not really using it. When it's charged though, keep it blue.

Blue or blue-white. And I don't mind if it's made really vaporous, but I don't want it to look like actual fire. At the very least, put some real force behind it.

Blue neon. Not just an energy beam either. It needs to have mass, plasma, that actually splashes blue
fire when it strikes something.
