Personally I'd like to see various 'unknown' actors with a couple of known stars.
Godzilla is one of those movies that the monster HAS to have the spotlight, not some big shot Hollywood actor or actress.

She certainly fits the doctor/scientist mold. If you want to go with a more serious type of film, she would be a nice pick. I don't see her in a starring role, but she could be a supporting actress.

I still would like to see this film be a mix of Japanese and American actors. An all-American cast doesn't sit well with me. IMO, there needs to be a Japanese element in the film.
