None of them.

Save maybe Titano or Varan.

^ Those are better choices than Hedorah. I withdraw that part of my statement.

I'd love to see either one of them, but i think it'd be cool to finally see Varan in action.then his inclusion in fantasy matches wont be all up to guess work on his fighting style.

Yeah, the V man needs more love. He hasn't fought anyone save for in games and a mech-jet in a novel.

I think if we're gonna go with any one time monster, it should be Hedorah. The guy deserves a proper comeback and seeing how Banno is involved with this, I wouldn't be surprised to see Hedorah or a Hedorah-like monster in this film.

I also wouldn't mind a simpler dinosaur kaiju like Titanosaurus or Varan being an antagonist for the film. They'd be easy to tie into Godzilla's origin for the film and it'd be nice to see Godzilla fight a nice tooth and claw kaiju again. Plus those two guys need more love.

Okay why are people calling Hedorah a one time monster? He showed up in two G films. :?

I think it's because he showed up for about 30 seconds and was obliterated. It felt more like a cameo than a proper return.

I know but still. And I know technically Varan isn't one time since he had his own film but he only showed up in one G film (stock footage doesn't count).

Fair enough. I still think of them as "one-timers" though due to the circumstances. Still would really love to see them appear in this film or a future one.

Jet-Jaguar seems like the best choice to me. Not only people are familiar with him because of Godzilla vs. Megalon, but it would help toning down the film if Godzilla is made too fearsome for children.
Every film should have at least one animal attack.

I like the idea of a Jet Jaguar reappearance, too. But,then again,I guess I'm a little biased.

I'd always like to see Spacegodzilla again (Done good) and maybe Dessy. Biollante was perfect in the film she was in, I don't ever see other movies doing her good. JJ and Megalon I'd like to see more as well

I'd love for Biollante to return as well. She'd look great in CGI IMO.

Also, if Jet Jaguar came back, I'd be so happy. Sure he's campy, but god damn he's awesome.

JJ could look good. It's not the Biollante wouldn't look good though, but I don't know how easy it would be able to pull her off again in a story and make it good

I think the biggest problem Biollante coming back is that her origin is a bit too complicated. Still, I wouldn't mind if they altered her origin a bit so she could fit into the story better.

SHOCKIRUS OR BUST...

But seriously, Jet Jaguar would be effing BEAST, though I don't know if his awesome campyness would fit in (what I would assume to be) a darker film.

I'd laugh so hard if Legendary played this up as some super dark and brooding film....and then when it comes out, it's revealed to be a campy, lighthearted film that makes the 70's entries look sane in comparison.

But I sadly don't think will see Jet in this film. I love the guy to death, but imo, he doesn't feel right in a American reboot. I'd prefer if his comeback was some sort of TV series about him. Although, if Legendary actually DID us him, I'd be happy.

In all seriousness, I wouldn't mind several Showa elements being utilized in the film. Not the super campy/goofy stuff, but stuff like simple kaiju with simple origins, a good human side with interesting characters, fights that are more tooth and claw in nature, etc, etc...
