The movie will be released... even if it is rushed to all hell.

LP wouldn't spend all that money on obtaining Godzilla's name/image just to drop the film.

If the movie doesn't come out? Then all of this speculation, conversation, debating, bitching, moaning, and griping about what the movie should or shouldn't be will have been for nothing.

Then we will get to do all the stuff I said up there as to why it's not coming out.

I think it will come out though, so everyone continue! :P

It will come, even if it sticks in development hell for 3 or 4 years it will come eventually.

With a director an a official writer it wont be but a couple months before we get a release date or start date for the project. I'd say by October latest November we should be getting more news.

Unless Toho denies the script or Edwards an Goyer drop out i see nothing stopping this film.
