Finally found the display on the convention floor today. It was neat, complete with Godzilla roars and the KKvG main title on repeat.

Nothing at the Legendary booth but props from old movies. Missed their panel though.

I love the quote it says during the press conference, "We will have something to say soon on a little project called Godzilla."

Same here! Pacific Rim already sounds like a kaiju flick and Mass Effect should be intresting (hopefully they dont screw it up like other Video Game based Movies), loved the games!

BUT! Its best to keep expectations low. When something like: "We will have something to say soon on a little project called Godzilla."(Taken from the Comic Con 2011 Live Blogging The Legendary Pictures Panel), you can't really expect anything
big or mildly medium for that matter.

We could probably expect a small update upon the film, or possibly another art poster, or some kind of teaser. Not a teaser trailer mind you lol.

Don't know if anyone knows this, but LP pushed Superman BACK to 2013. I have a theory about what's taking its place. So, I'm actually expecting a pretty big development, if my theory is correct.

So are you assuming that Legendary Pictures might put Godzilla in the Winter 2012 release since Superman got pushed back?

I actually am thinking quite the other way... If Superman gets pushed back to 2013, Godzilla might not see a release till Winter 2013 or Summer 2014 but of course i hope i'm wrong but meh.

Looking forward to hearing any announcement if there actually going to make one on the development or start date on the project.

Both of those movies will likely do well at the box office, I think LP wants the movie to do well at the box office and may want it to be the highest grossing movie of the year.

Just having it in 2012 will have other movies over shadow it. They could pick August 2013 but August is often a dead month since it's the end of the summer movie season.
