^^ it's a muto concept art piece from the Art of Destruction book.

CD art is cool, but not worth the extra money, and it comes with a PDF of all the case art which is pretty boring. I was actually even more glad I went digital when I saw that.

Granted I wanted this moreso for my collection than to just listen to the music. The extra graphics were just a plus.

There was a link on here posted here to the soundtrack on youtube many many pages back. I probably shoud've saved it but does anyone else have it?

The videos were pulled yesterday or the day before. Kind of surprised it took that long for the copyright notices to get sent out to be honest.

Well...I didn't like the soundtrack on its own...but goddamn does it sound amazing during the movie. Although I really can't remember it..

the score sounds way better within context of the film, and of course on surround sound theater systems.

Some scores are like that, as musical pieces alone, they just don't have the same impact as when they're on screen. I've bought scores before because of watching the movie only to be let down just listening to the music by itself. It makes sense, it's made to match to have an impact on the footage and not just sound good. I love The Wave but if I hadn't seen the Wondercon footage I might not like it as much.

I didn't love it at first, but it jest felt so perfect with the movie I can't help but adore it now.

I must say that I felt in love with the soundtrack. It sounded so great in the movie, especially during the opening credits. I still wish that the original theme was in the credits.

I'm absolutely hooked on some of the songs from the soundtrack. "Godzilla!", "Two Against One", and "One Last Shot".

I might get flack for this but I feel like these songs are at least as good as Ikufube's stuff if not slightly better.

No, but, I seriously I agree with you. I prefer this OST over pretty much all other Godzilla OST's. Get at me.
