The Australian Outback would be a nice battle location.
Which would also be a nice callback to the cancelled GODZILLA (1998) sequel which the film would have taken place.

Also would like a fight in Alaska or Canada, the latter especially having a Godzilla film in my home country.
Vancouver would be a good choice for a city battle. Such a film with a battle taking place there could also introduce Ogopogo as a titan.
