Gold Scales & Bio-Electrical Nature:
King Ghidorah doesn't just look golden, he has actual literal traces of gold throughout his scales. King Ghidorah evolved to be Bio-Electrical which is nothing new or exotic as several marine life such as some eels or catfish have adapted this ability. What is unusual is the scale this is done at is nothing seen in nature before. Gold is an amazing conductor of electricity, this allows the creature to generate enough electricity in it's body to expel it from it's three mouths much like Godzilla expels beams of radiation, possibly through manipulating magnetism. Gold is also an amazing conductor for heat, so much so that King Ghidorah is able to super heat water vapors in the air to create storms.
Gravity Beams:
The trademark weapon of the space demon, his necks and eyes glow yellow before unleashing voltage high enough to vaporize human flesh and bone into ash. A single blast was enough to make Godzilla reel back and groin in stunned pain before retaliating. When combining the three shots into one large shot it was strong enough to push Godzilla away several dozen meters. While not seen it, it most likely would be strong enough to clash with Godzilla's enhanced Atomic Breath after his power up by a nuclear bomb. The combine shot also unleashes a high amount of static electricity strong enough to act as a sort of primitive EMP, traveling along the ice & ground of Antarctica, it knocked out one of MONARCH's osprey.
Wing Shield, Flight and Hurricane Winds.
King Ghidorah's naturally is able to fly, this combined with his projeticles give him a distinct advantage over land based enemies or air faring monsters who like projectiles of their own. Sadly, he does not have super sonic flight. That's not to say he is slow by any means, as the creature can fly fast, but it's just not that impressive to most versions of the character who can fly faster than even Rodan. The creatures wings were used as a shield to protect it at times from both man and Godzilla's attacks, and despite their fragile look, the wings were incredibly strong. Strong enough to not only support the insane combined wight of their owner and Godzilla all the way to the exosphere, but strong enough to smash buildings into dust. The hyper tensile nature of the wings were strong enough to create winds as strong as a hurricane.
World Ending Storms:
As mentioned before, King Ghidorah is able to generate enough electricity and heat in the air to super heat the water vapor in the air and has wings strong enough to create powerful winds, these two factors combined allow it to generate it's own localized storm that eventually becomes a full on category 6 hurricane when given enough time. This has a ripple effect as if it's allowed to continue enough it effects weather in other areas creating more hurricanes, tornadoes and slip streams in other parts of the world. The lightning also seems to be an extension of King Ghidorah as it's golden like his gravity beams. Though we sadly never see him use the tornadoes against another monster, it's reasonable to believe he has some control over them and could use them as several soldiers were seen vaporized by the storms lightning bolts as they exited an osprey. Should these storms be allowed to continue too long, the creature will terraform the planet in a way most life could not survive.
The alien even changed the climate enough to throw the ecosystem out of balance, which may result in many of Earth's monster infighting among themselves.
Alien Nature:
King Ghidorah doesn't need oxygen, as such he was completely unaffected by the Oxygen Destroyer.
Space Survivability & Space Flight:
Something I overlooked when making this topic and something we forget about space monsters but many are implied and in some cases shown to be able to survive in the vacuum of space and even travel through it by their own power without outside help. While not shown in this film, ancient texts describes King Ghidorah as coming down to Earth as a falling star as witnessed by ancient man, and since past version have been shown to fly and live in space in paste continuities, safe to say the Monsterverse King Ghidorah can as well. As extraordinary as this sounds, the extremophile known as the tardigrade has shown it can survive in the vacuum of space and even plankton accidentally carried to space has survived.
King Ghidorah probably uses it's massive wings as solar sails to capture solar winds from stars to move from point A to point B in space. This sounds fantastical but in space there is no friction or resistance meaning even the slightest push would provide enough momentum to make you move forever till something got in your way and the stronger the push the further and faster you move. It's also possible the monster is able to fly in space by some other means which could explain how it flies in an atmosphere as well as simply flapping it's wings would not be enough to lift his massive body in the air.
Intelligence & Multiple Personality
King Ghidorah was scary intelligent, having a basic understanding of cause and effect, the creature lift Godzilla up to the exosphere and allowed gravity and the heat of reentry do the work for him. One gets the impression he has probably done this before in the past on other worlds with life. Each head showed varying personality, intelligence and thoughts, even at times "arguing" with themselves. It could very well be we are seeing the ID, Ego and Superego interact with each other in a literal way. King Ghidorah was also surprising smart in tooth and melee combat, using two heads to restrain Godzlla's arms and a third to throw his center of gravity off and suplex him into the ground. The heads also seem capable of a personality shift, as the left head was mostly observant and curious, normally being the last to attack, but after regenerating it became much more aggressive and caught Godzilla off guard in their Boston battle as it was one of the first heads to restrain Godzilla. The creature also shows extreme sadism, coming off as more of an evil person inside the body of a giant monster than just some aggressive animal. The creature even found it's own power up in Boston by tapping into the city's power grid.
This intelligence and sadism combine with it's powers allowed Ghidorah to not only challenge Godzilla but even beating him several times, indeed even ancient cave paintings depict Godzilla needing help from other monsters like Mothra. The creature truly has earned the title of King in it's name.
Constricting Tail and Necks:
Like Heisei King Ghidorah, the Monsterverse incarnation would use his necks and heads to restrain and choke out an enemy.
Durability and Regeneration:
King Ghidorah is hard to leave any long lasting injuries on, as a shot from Godzilla's Atomic Breath sending the creature flying seemed to only stun it, and even should the creature be injuries in any meaningful way the alien can regenerate to undo the damage. It should be noted that cellar regeneration takes up energy and is not infinite but most enemies won't last long enough for him to use up too much resources.
Alpha Call:
Whatever world the alien comes from, he is an the dominate species of his world much like Godzilla and Mothra are the Earth's. He is able to influence others monsters to do his bidding, and should one rebel he will beat them till the submit or die.
Energy Vampire:
Much like Kaizer Ghidorah and Void King Ghidorah, this incarnation is able to bite down on energy sources, even other monsters and drain them to fuel himself.
Wing Lighting:
The result of biting down on high levels of electrical currents such as a transformer and using it's energy siphoning bite, King Ghidorah is able to super charge itself and use his gold scales to conduct the electricity out of the tips of wings in a massive area of effect attack blasting several enemies at once should it be surrounded. The blast was strong enough to make the Super Charged Godzilla backpedal and have trouble breathing. It even left a scar on Godzilla's face.
