2014 Godzilla... how hot is its breath?

I was reviewing the temperatures of various Gojiras and wished to compare those numbers to the 2014 Godzilla's breath.

I found out (through official sources) that...

Showa Era Gojira had a 100,000 °C Atomic Breaths

Heisei Godzilla's standard Blue Atomic Breath was 500,000 °C

The Red Atomic Breath for Burning/Final-Wars Godzilla was 1.2 million °C!

Like the 1954 Gojira, the 2014 Godzilla had (both movie and novelization) superheated vapor-style breath weapon... only this time (for 2014 Godzilla) he had a superheated ionized plasma breath. So I was wondering, do any of you know how hot this is (in Celsius if possible)?

If this is true then it maes the atomic breath at least 50 million or more degrees.

But that was never a confirmation they would survive. He only knew it wouldn't work against godzilla.

Also, even If the mutos survived the nukes, there is no way in hell it wouldn't scorch them up real bad.

Wha? It was shot down her throat and it tore her from the inside out - 90% of the time the internals are a weak point regardless.

Granted, we did see the beam hit the female MUTO and it did do something, but from memory it wasn't much beyond a daze and some smoke/burnt flesh.

In the movie they said the sheer force of the blast would kill the monsters, not the heat. So not sure that's a good way to tell how hot G's breath is.
