Loved the movie to death and yet found the video to be pretty funny (it's a satire people)

It's amusing though seeing the people who didn't like the movie to try to pass this off as a way to validate their points or think the people who loved the movie will go crazy over this video

No it's not. It was thrown in with the nuclear waste depository IN Vegas when it was a spore. That's WHY it's in Vegas. They even talked about WHY it was in Vegas before they even went to Vegas.

Either the movie took the geographic liberty of moving Yucca Mountain several hundred miles, or the MUTO had no reason to be in Vegas.

It's not satire when you spend so much time trying to point out plotholes and trying to have legit gripes. "No lapdance in this scene" shows they're trying to tell a joke and then in the next breath are trying to point out the bad movie logic. It's uneven and just overall a bad job at critiquing. Pick a tone and stick with it you know?

this is why i don't watch them, ever, for anything. it's not my brand of humor; nobody ever (legitimately) dies or loses a loved one, so i don't laugh.

Eh, they pointed out what we already knew were the main problems with the film. I mean yes we know

- Killing off Cranston so early was stupid
- Lack of Godzilla disappointed most general viewers
- That cutting away from the action scenes constantly pissed everyone the hell off an was an awful idea
- that the script was weak and that Aaron Taylor's character was cliche an bland as heck

An yet Legendary brings back the main writer of the first installment and Edwards still wants to cut away monster screen-time (Maybe he'll grow a brain or realize it was a bad idea before killing the franchise)
