That was in the room as the MUTO escaped from containment.

The novelization comes out on Tuesday. It should have more information and an idea of the deleted scenes and their places in the movie.

Also, I believe all the edited shots featured in the OT were due to hiding certain aspects of the film, mostly involving MUTO design.

Saw it again yesterday, during the shot with the soldiers running by the train and you see the explosions happening behind the hill, it's cut at the last second so you don't see the explosions.

Can't wait for an extended edition/ director's cut! I'd love to see how some of this stuff would have played out :)

In the WonderCon footage, we see a small clip of two people dining in a resteraunt as Godzilla surfacs in Hawaii. In the final cut, it is no longer there

The crashed train and dead bodies lying everywhere.

The building with a massive hole inside of it.

"Can you kill it?"
"I believe something can"

The Halo jump speech

Godzilla surrounded by a cloud of dust.

The Male Muto flying at Godzilla.

Damn, I wished that most of these scenes weren't cut out. I guess that's where the director's cut comes in.
The scene that has Godzilla roaring while the doors closed was replaced by the 2nd fight tease, when the MUTO flies past the building and straight to Godzilla, pissing Big-G off.

"Can you kill it?" I thought was still in there, only he's referencing the MUTO, and it's I think in Janjira after it comes out of its cocoon or on the aircraft carrier and Dr. Serizawa asks Ford about his father's work.

The male MUTO flying towards Godzilla was probably cut because of the MUTO's apparent size in that shot. He was HUGE compared to what we got.

Most of the others weren't going to be in the movie anyway. If I'm off, please correct me! :g2k:

For me I noticed that right from the getgo. I was waiting for it to pop up but then all of a sudden, the HALO jump sequence started and I knew it was cut. Mildly disappointed but oh well.

I wonder how much of the film was cut and if there is enough material for an extended version/director's cut blu ray.

In a couple of the TV spots, we see Serizawa and Graham in hazmat suits on a scafoldding. This takes place mist likely at the muto cocoon scene

Updated.

Was Bryan Cranston's "God help us all" in there? I can't remember.

Why didn't they put the Statue of Liberty in the film? :eh:

Probably to avoid confusing the less-than-intelligent moviegoer.
