I'd be shocked if it turned out to be Biollante. She's a great character... but leave her alone. That one movie is all she gets for me... and it was a good one!

Hedorah makes a perfect enemy for Godzilla, as Hedorah has multiple forms. Godzilla destroys its first form, yet it comes back bigger and badder for the final battle. Sure this is the same for Biollante.... but seeing a huge rose flower monster in a american film... unlikely me thinks.

Love how Pacific Rim is all but forgotten... lol

^ Or maybe a Hedorah-like monster? Seeing something original would be neat too. I'd much rather not have King Ghidorah be in the first movie. Stick to something simple like Anguirus, Baragon or Rodan.

Actually... now that I think about it. Would be cool if Anguirus was in it. First kaiju Godzilla ever fought.... first kaiju Godzilla fights in America. Makes sense!

Or Varan.Outside of his movie,the only screentime he's had is in nothing but stock footage(not counting the couple of seconds in DAM)

After thinking about it I would have to agree that Biollante would be great for this film.
Obviously they would have to change her origin story a bit to something that would fit this film better.

From what we understand it's a "visual and audio" presentation in other words a teaser. I doubt we'll see it on YT before the conference, it is more likely it will be on video hosting sites like Youtube after the it's shown at Comic-Con.

I think a official title is likely. I bet that "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" seems likely since it's a reboots and they have different titles from the last film.

I have pretty high hopes for what we're gonna get. Concept art, approval of script or maybe a sentence or two describing the plot.

I suspect this the most. After all, they've been saying they were gonna finalize the script for ages now.

At this point I'm guessing a release date, some concept art, and if we are lucky maybe a confirmation of who the Big G is up against.

There can't be a teaser trailer since principle photography hasn't begun yet. But may be a few moments of Godzilla design in CGI would be nice.

^That's actually the point of a teaser. Most of them are produced before any PP has begun. You don't need to have a cast in place or have shot anything that will actually be used in the film to have a few seductive shots. Take a look at the original Spider-Man teaser...
