Megaguirus. By far. Hooray for the only Millennium kaiju with personality. And awesomeness. She looks cool, fights dirty, kicks ass, takes names, commands a legion of mini-hers, and still find time to volunteer at the soup kitchens. And by volunteer, I mean eat people.

Uhm Yeah!

Well my favorite is Monster X, although I wish he had more personality, I'm going mostly by looks here, I just like him a lot, Megaguirus is a close 2nd and Orga is pretty awesome too, but I'm going mostly by how the games portray him, in the movie he was kinda bland...

Kiryu since his design is awesome, and the idea of the spirt of the original Godzilla inside of MechaGodzilla is pretty awesome. I also like Orga since he was pretty cool for a monster that was around for 5 mins.

Megaguirus and Kiryu were interesting. GMK Godzilla is awesome too. One of my favorite incarnations of the character.

Godzilla wise: G2K (with GMK Godzilla as a very close runner up)
Non-Godzilla wise: Kiryu best MG design IMO (Honourable Mentions: Zilla, Orga)

My favorite is probably Baragon, in particular because they played up the "awkwardly cute" angle of the character and also it was great to see an lesser known kaiju in a relatively big role.

I liked Orga. The GMK monsters looked great. Tokyo SOS Mothra was absolutely perfect. GFW was hit or miss but most Millennium designs were pulled off better than Heisei.

Kiryu is really the only one I like enough to actually call a favorite.

I like Orga, Megaguirus and Monster X, but I liked the resdesigns better. Kiryu was pretty cool and so was the FW Gigan. I liked all of the GMK designs, with the GMK Mothra being my favorite. The Tokyo S.O.S. designs of Godzilla and Mothra were also great. The Final Wars designs of Rodan, Manda, Ebirah, Hedorah (Design-wise), Kumonga (The design, not the prop), Kamacuras (Same as Kumonga), and Minilla looked cool too. Keizer Ghidorah was just utter crap to me.

You mean Gigan Meets Gwar?

No, not at all. He looks ridiculous. Ironically I think the toys of this version are awesome. Weird.

My personal favorite was Adult Mothra in TSOS. I just thought she was pretty slick and crafty. She looked real good and her wings movement was fantastic. That crash into the building from the perspective they used was probably my single favorite cinimatic piece of film EVER in a Godzilla movie. Just looked incredible and the impact looked real. Loved how the building buckled under her weight.
The Jet Scene at the beginning also utterly rocked. She actually looked like she was moving into the MACH speeds!

SO Adult Mothra.

Then it would have to be Baragon for the exact same reasons that Arbok said. Just a damn cool underused Kaiju that took his best shot at battling a VERY brutal Godzilla.

I also want to mirror what LegionMaster said about Megaguirus. Damn fine creature. Did some very interesting things with all of it's forms (HIVE whatever). Final creature looked good and moved sweet (somewhat)... I just wish the effects could have been a bit better. But it's heart was in the right place unlike a lot of MEL series Films.

FINALLY... MANDA. Normally I would choose Manda first. BUT. I do not care for the overall design of that one. Though I did love the insanely fast way it moved in the water. BUT... as usual my favorite Monster gets whacked! combine that with what I consider to be an overall bad look (close but no cigar)... and Manda fails for the first time to get my vote.

Kiryu awesome robot and of course made from bones from the 54 Godzilla so you have two Godzillas one a cyborg against the real one. :D It's the battle between the species! One is good other is bad

Kiryu, not that he is the strongest kaiju but he looks really awesome and he actually put up a fight with Godzilla. (Although just about every monster does)

Kiryu is easily my favorite. A much better incarnation of Mechagodzilla compared to the bland walking tank we saw in the 90's. Also, the adult Mothra from TOKYO S.O.S. was EASILY the best Mothra since the Tsuburaua days. I liked Orga, but the costume was very clunky.

Megaguirus was cool, but she suffered from a stiff prop, and bad CGI on film. I really like Baragon's redesign, and the Ghidorah and Mothra ones aren't bad either, to be fair. I didn't care for any of the FINAL WARS redsigns except for Ebirah, Gigan, and Anguirus (except for the snout). The others ranged from decent (Rodan, Manda, King Ceasar-except that face..), to just plain awful (Kaiser Ghidorah). The Hedorah suit and Kumonga prop were a complete waste of money, and the time spent to create them. Kamucarus suffered from a stiff marionette. Monster X, was nothing special.
