So, Im sorry to bring up an old thread. But I just found out about King Caesar's golem connections. I honestly thought he was always an organic being, just a simple mountain dwelling monster from the past. And I guess since I've always thught that, I'm just gonna keep on preferring it. At least it seems (based on previous posts and theories) the FW King is a organic creature.

So yeah, I just found out and was weary on making thread about it. Just wanted to chime in on the discussion.

I've watched this film since the 70's, even saw it on the big screen in the early 80's at a special Saturday Matinee. I recall even one of my Godzilla video games referring to KC as a mammal. So we are in the same boat. I always thought he was hibernating or transformed into a living (flesh & blood) creature after being awoken.

KC is extremely agile, why wouldn't he be flesh & blood? But, I guess we are wrong?

All I have to say is, if KC is supposed to be made of stone or bricks or whatever, Toho did a poor job showing it!

The internal organs art for King Cesar. I was proposing that it came later after the movie. I don't know when the art was released back then. If it came after the movie, then maybe they thought of the idea later on.
