Oh my god, I hate that. We're having an epic battle... Godzilla's been knocked down... Megaguirus is beating him mercilessly... Godzilla finally gets back up, growls and OMG GOOFY HEAD SHAKE! Seriously, it could have worked if kept at about the same speed as the rest, but it was obviously sped up and I despise it.

I've wondered about that. Maybe it was digestive juices.

Yeah, I can't stand it either. I still remember the first time I saw that..it was just "...what the hell was that?" :eh:. I somehow found it more random that Godzilla's infamous body slam on Megs.

I still to this day think there is somethin wrong with my DVD player when he rips off Megaguiras's tail. Everything, even the music, just stops. It's so freakin weird...

Nah, that's part of the film. It's just really jarring.

It's done for dramatic effect, and it works. A King of the Monsters moment.

Is the scene where the black hole fails to kill Godzilla in the Japanese version of Godzilla vs. Megaguirus?

Mine shows nothing. A crummy joke is made and then the credits roll. I fail to see this scene everybody says is in the movie.

The scene of Godzilla returning is after the credits.

They do that with GaMG too. After the credits, we get to see that one woman talk to the awkward scientist (I'm terrible with names in case you didn't notice)

The only problem I had with this film is the couple of shots of Megaguirus where the wires were REALLY noticeable.

Other than that, I loved it.

It is. Sony was so concerned with the quality of the picture that they may not have noticed this. Wires are visible in Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla as well.

Woah! Woahhhh!
There's a version of Godzilla vs Megaguirus where the strings aren't visible!?!

Another DVD I need to replace
The dead animals in KOM are a result of high powered signals sent from aliens,to awaken the dormant monsters. Animals with similar senses are overloaded from the signal &drop dead. That way much of the world will be destroyed in prep for the invasion.
